What is Neurofeedback?

Your brain is the most complex system on Earth, and it possesses an amazing ability to reorganize itself. Neurofeedback works with the electrical activity of that system.

Neurofeedback has been around for about half a century, gradually becoming more and more comprehensive and sophisticated. If you want to perform at your best or improve your sleep or concentration; or if there is something you want less of, perhaps anxiety, distractibility, depression, anger, or headaches, it is very likely that neurofeedback can help you.

The NeurOptimal™ system I use does this by giving your brain information on what it's doing. Your brain then uses that information to become more efficient, flexible and resilient. In the course of the sessions, your brain is trained to be at its best.

I'll write more about what happens in a session in my next post.
