If you're not sleeping well or enough and you're looking for help, you're doing something really important. Enough good sleep is critical for physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Neurofeedback has a good track record with improving sleep. In fact, sleep is often the first thing people report seeing positive changes in:
More easily falling asleep
Staying asleep
Easily getting back to sleep if you wake up during the night
Remembering your dreams
Anxious dreams and nightmares decreasing or disappearing
Please ask questions by emailing me through the contact page of my neurofeedback website or posting a comment here on the blog. You can also go to this page of my psychotherapy website where there is a link to a free pdf file about sleep hygiene. Sometimes just changing some of the things described in the handout can make a big difference in quality and quantity of sleep.
Meanwhile, here is a video showing NeurOptimal™ being used to help people get off sleep meds.
Nothing is as good as getting to know someone in person; but I hope my blogs and websites will give you some sense of what it might be like for you to work with me. Of course, what you really want to know is, can I help you? Please post a comment here or email me through my website with questions (click on the small square image just above the bookstore).
