Neurofeedback and your EEG

Your EEG (electroencephalogram) is the electrical activity on the surface of your scalp that is produced by the neurons firing in your brain.  Neurofeedback uses your EEG to train you brain to its potential.

You may have seen images of the EEG that look like this.

NeurOptimal™ neurofeedback reads your EEG and gives your brain feedback in real time about what it's doing. Your EEG on your trainer's monitor will look a lot like the image below, but it will be in constant motion.

Your brain uses the feedback to reorganize itself to be more resilient and more flexible. What happens in your life will be unique to you.  Among other things, people typically see improvements in focus and sleep and reductions in anxiety, depression and addictive behaviors. Visit the Client Comments page of my website for examples. I think you'll enjoy reading what people have said, and very likely one or even many of the comments will connect for you.  If not, please email me and ask about what you'd like to see change.
