The Animators of Life

This is a wonderful six minute video from The New York Times called The Animators of Life. It beautifully shows detailed animations of the complex inner life of cells, based on decades of research, as well as talking about the projects and people that have produced these animations. (Warning:  There will be a short commerical at the beginning.)

This is a visual way to appreciate the awe inspiring systems that are all the forms of life, including us, and certainly including our brains. It's amazing for me to think about this while running someone's neurofeedback session, knowing that the incredibly complex system that is my client's brain is using what we are doing to re-normalize itself and reach its potential.
