Introducing Neurotribe Neurofeedback

John Thompson, a neurofeedback colleague in Perth, Australia who also uses the NeurOptimal® system, has just introduced Neurotribe.

The site is about neurofeedback, but is also about creating a community for those who are interested in learning more, whether as a client or a trainer.

One of the things John has extensive experience in is working with Australian war vets with PTSD. I've learned a lot from him regarding neurofeedback and post traumatic stress. Neurofeedback, of course, is not limited to PTSD. As John says on the Neurotribe home page, neurofeedback is about "performance, wellbeing and personal growth." That can apply to all of us.

Since it is about tuning your brain to its potential, what that means will be very unique to you - whether you are interested in having less anxiety or better sleep, eliminating the symptoms of PTSD, or you want to improve your tennis game.
