Neurofeedback for Insomnia

NBC recently did a feature on the use of neurofeedback for insomnia. Rae Tattenbaum of Inner Act in West Hartford, Connecticut, talks about the use of biofeedback for sleep problems. The video shows NeurOptimal®, the system Rae and I use.

I especially like Rae's description of the "inner critic" that keeps many of us awake at night.

Rae also works with many people in the arts and other areas who are interested in neurofeedback and peak performance. But you don't have to be a pro golfer or an opera singer to have an inner critic!

Please post a comment here or email me if you have questions.
