The Perspective of Nature

I originally posted this on my psychotherapy blog, but I like this video so much I wanted to put it up here as well. If you are in need of a little perspective, it will provide it for you.

Did you find that just watching the video helped you be a little more still inside? This was a video - imagine being there in person! Being in nature can produce both calming and lightening of mood (as can neurofeedback).
